School tuition payments are set up on a ten (10) month payment
schedule (August 1 through May 1). New or transfer students enrolling after the first day of school will be given a prorated tuition based on the number of days left in the school year. |
Monthly payments may be paid by cash, check, or on-line bill pay. Monthly
payments are due by the first day of each month. Payments made
by the fifth (5) of each month are not considered late.
A late fee of $5 per school day will be applied when payment
is made after the fifth (5) of the month. Should your account
not be paid by the 15th of the month, the student will be
dismissed. No student will be allowed to take exams if all
accounts are not current. School records will not be released
when accounts are not in current status. There will be a $25
handling fee for all returned checks. |

Student activity fees cover a wide variety of expenses, depending on the grade level. This fee covers consumable books, rental books, student accident insurance, achievement tests and other testing materials, athletic field upkeep, personalized yearbook, cot rental, K3 – 6th Art supplies, 7th – 9th PE uniforms, 9th – 12th Lab fees, snacks for K3 and K4, along with student dues for the NC Christian School Association. Activity fees are non-refundable after school begins. Activity fees will be due by June 15, 2007.

Hot lunches are provided on a pre-ordered basis by filling out a lunch order. Lunch orders are due the 10th and 26th of each month. (The only exception will be if the 10th or 26th falls on a weekend or a school closing. In that instance it will be due the day before.) If your child does not order lunch from the cafeteria, he/she must bring a lunch from home. |

| Late Stay Fees: |
$7.00 daily |
Our school day runs from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. We have after school care available for K-3 – 6th grade parents who need care for their children beyond school hours. This service is available from 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm. These fees are paid weekly to the Late Stay Care Provider Coordinator that is on duty. A late fee of $5 is incurred when the account is not paid by Monday of the week following when services were rendered. |
